Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (performed Works) shall be made by the Customer in the following order: on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance of the performed works signed by the Parties, with a delay of 60-90 calendar days (30 (thirty) calendar days) from the date of signing the Certificate of Acceptance of the performed works , provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
accounts; $
Certificate of delivery and acceptance of performed works (form No. KS-2) signed by the Parties;
certificate on the cost of work performed and costs (Form No. KP-3) signed by the Parties;
invoices.
Payments under the Agreement shall be made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
