Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment of the executed works is made by the customer on the fact of completion of all works and acceptance by the customer of the result of works on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties, with a delay of not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar Days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the work, provided the contractor submitted a complete set of the following documents:
ü of the Act of Acceptance of works signed by the parties;
ü of the Act on acceptance-transfer by the contractor to the customer a complete set of documentation on the stage of works;
ü Originals of positive conclusions of examinations, approvals, permits issued by the specialized organizations on the documentation on the relevant stage of works;
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice, issued on the basis of the act of acceptance of the works and transferred to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of works,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the customer on the quality and terms of work performed.
If the participant belongs to the subjects of small and medium business: Payment of executed works is made by the customer on the fact of completion of all works and acceptance by the customer of the result of works on the basis of the agreement signed by the parties, with delay not more than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Act Acceptance of the works, provided the contractor delivers the complete set of the following documents to the customer:
ü of the Act of Acceptance of works signed by the parties;
ü of the Act on acceptance-transfer by the contractor to the customer a complete set of documentation on the stage of works;
ü Originals of positive conclusions of examinations, approvals, permits issued by the specialized organizations on the documentation on the relevant stage of works;
ü of the original account;
ü of the original invoice, issued on the basis of the act of acceptance of the works and transferred to the customer within 5 calendar days from the date of performance of works,
Subject to the absence of claims and requirements from the customer on the quality and terms of work performed.
Payment of the contract price is made by the customer by means of cashless transfer of funds to the current account of the contractor or otherwise stipulated by the Agreement and/or the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
