Auto-extension

Payment terms:
advance payment amounts to 50% of the value of the ICTR, purchased by the contractor under the contract, the final payment on the contract shall be made within a period of not less than 30 (thirty) and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days in accordance with section 3.2 of the agreement.
