Payment terms:Заказчик производит оплату по настоящему Договору в следующем порядке: в течении 5 (пяти) банковских дней с даты подписания настоящего Договора и получения счета перечисляет аванс на расчетный счет Генерального подрядчика в размере до 50% от стоимости МТР. Последующие расчеты производится Заказчиком в течении 30 (тридцати) календарных дней после подписания сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ (формы № КС-2 и № КС-3) и получения Заказчиком счета-фактуры.
Delivery terms:Срок выполнения работ: август 2011 г. – октябрь 2011 г. (включая сдачу благоустройства и закрытие разрешения (ордера) на производство работ.
Окончание монтажа трубопроводов, промывка и гидроиспытания – до 15.09.2011г
