Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (work performed) is made by the Customer in the following order: on the basis of the Acceptance Certificate signed by the Parties for the work performed under the Order, with a deferral of at least 60 (Sixty) and no more than 90 (Ninety) calendar days (no more than 15 (fifteen) working days, if the contract is concluded with the SMPS) from the date signing the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- bills
- acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
- certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
- invoices.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Обоснование: 4. На основании п. 5.5.12 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс» (Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур) предлагается признать несостоявшейся процедуру открытого запроса предложений №1442897/456/20 на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «Ремонт склада соли» для нужд Филиала «Пермский» ПАО «Т Плюс» (Пермская ТЭЦ-6), так как только один из участников, подавших заявки, признан участником закупки - ООО «КамаЭнергоСтрой»
