Payment terms:
payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon completion of all Works under the Contract and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Result of the work, minus a guarantee deduction of 5% of the contract value, with a delay of at least 30 (thirty) and no more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14, KS-11);
ü the Certificate of acceptance of the completed works signed by the Parties (form CS-2);
ü Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the full set of Executive/Technical/Initial Permits (including permission to put the Facility into operation) /Operational documentation signed by the Parties;
ü a certificate signed by the Parties on the cost of the work performed (form KS-3);
When filling out the CS-3 form by the Contractor, the following columns are necessarily included (in full compliance with the Consolidated Estimate calculation): "Serial number"; "Number of the Local estimate calculation"; "Name of work", the columns are arranged in ascending order,

In case of conclusion of a contract with the SMSP: payment of the Contract price is made by the Customer upon completion of the Work under the Contract and transfer by the Contractor to the Customer of the Result of the work, minus a guarantee deduction of 5% of the contract value, within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Customer signed and sent by the Contractor Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14) on the basis of the invoice/invoice issued by the Contractor. The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Settlements under the Contract are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account specified in the Contract, and may also have another form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
