Payment terms:
Final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Work Completed by the Parties, with a deferral of 30 (thirty) calendar days if the participant is part of the SMEs and with a deferral of at least 60 (sixty) and no more than 90 (ninety) calendar days if the participant refers to SMSP, after signing the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü accounts;
ü Act of acceptance of work performed, signed by the Parties;
ü invoice.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Obligations of participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes).
