Obligations of participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes). 6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals established in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification to all participants.
