Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the Contractual Price (of Works performed) is made by the Customer on the basis of the Certificate of acceptance of works performed, signed by the Parties, within 15 (Fifteen) working days if the Contractor is an SMSB, and with a delay of 60 - 90 (sixty-ninety) calendar days, in the event that the Contractor is not an SME, from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- accounts;
- acceptance certificate of work performed, signed by the Parties;
- invoices.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Contractor's account specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a forfeit in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) price of the contract (including taxes). In case an initial (maximum) contract price does not exceed five million rubles, no bid security will be required.
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who proposed, in aggregate, the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the AWP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the AWP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals, set in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification of all participants.
