Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (work performed) is made by the Customer in the following order: on the basis of the acceptance certificate of work performed by the Parties, with a delay of at least 60 (Sixty) and no more than 90 (Ninety) calendar days (for small and medium-sized businesses - in within 15 (Fifteen) business days) from the date of signing of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü bills
ü acceptance certificate of work performed (form No. КС-2), signed by the Parties;
ü certificates of the cost of work performed and costs (form No. KS-3), signed by the Parties;
ü invoices.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2. Obligations of participants in the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes). In case an initial (maximum) contract price does not exceed five million rubles, no bid security will be required.
