Обоснование: 1. На основании п. 4.5.12 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс» (Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур) признать несостоявшейся процедуру открытого запроса предложений на право заключения договора на выполнение работ «Текущий ремонт оборудования систем автоматического пожаротушения Минимакс ПГУ ПТЭЦ-6» для нужд Филиала «Пермский» ПАО «Т Плюс» (Пермская ТЭЦ-6), так как Организатору поступило одно предложение, соответствующее требованиям Заказчика, от ООО «АРУС» (юридический адрес: 614007, г. Пермь, ул. Тимирязева, д. 9, оф.322; фактический адрес: 614077, г. Пермь, ул. Аркадия Гайдара, д. 8б, оф. 505).
2. Заключить договор с ООО «АРУС» (юридический адрес: 614007, г. Пермь, ул. Тимирязева, д. 9, оф.322; фактический адрес: 614077, г. Пермь, ул. Аркадия Гайдара, д. 8б, оф. 505) на выполнение работ «Текущий ремонт оборудования систем автоматического пожаротушения Минимакс ПГУ ПТЭЦ-6» для нужд Филиала «Пермский» ПАО «Т Плюс» (Пермская ТЭЦ-6) по результатам проведенных преддоговорных переговоров на условиях и согласно техническому заданию Заказчика на сумму, не превышающую 1 534 000,00 (Один миллион пятьсот тридцать четыре тысячи) рублей 00 копеек с учетом НДС 18%.
Срок выполнения работ (начало/окончание): 01 июня – 30 июня 2018 года.
Условия оплаты: оплата Договорной цены (выполненных Работ) производится Заказчиком с отсрочкой платежа не более 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ, при условии представления Подрядчиком Заказчику полного комплекта документов согласно п.3.6 Договора. Расчеты по Договору производятся путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Подрядчика, указанный в Договоре, а также могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ.
