Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Final settlement on the basis of the Act of Acceptance of Work Completed by the Parties, with a deferral of 30 (thirty) calendar days (if the contract is concluded with a small and medium-sized business) or with a deferral of not less than 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days (if the Contractor does not apply to small and medium-sized enterprises) from the date of signing of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
ü accounts;
ü Act of acceptance of work performed, signed by the Parties;
ü invoice.
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, and may also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 20 (twenty) days, but not earlier than ten calendar days from the day the protocol on the procurement results is posted in a single information system.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Proposals established in the Notice of the request for proposals with notification to all participants
