Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the customer pays for the interim works performed by the contractor during the reporting period and confirmed by the Act on acceptance of the executed Works (Act on the form № KS-2) in the following order: Contractor shall be provided with certificates on the cost of work performed and costs (Form № KS-3). Payment is made within 30 calendar days from the moment of signing by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of executed works (in the form № KS-2).
The contractor shall provide the customer with the invoice (s), in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 21 of the tax code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:start of Works – 01.05.2019, end of works – 30.09.2019.
