Payment terms:
The Customer pays the Contractor the work performed within 45 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the act of acceptance of the work performed and the provision of the invoice, provided that the originals of the documents submitted are properly executed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. (The payment term will be 30 calendar days in case of concluding an agreement with a SME entity In the case of applying the simplified taxation system, the invoice is not included in this clause of the contract).
By agreement of the parties, the Customer has the right to make payments under the agreement in the form of cash, bank bills, using the letter of credit form of payments of Sberbank PJSC (open letter of credit).
The date of payment shall be the date on which the payment order is executed by the Customer’s bank when transferring funds to the current account indicated by the Contractor. When making payments with bank bills, the payment date is the date the Contractor signs the acceptance certificate for bills of exchange, with the letter of credit form of payment, payment obligations are considered fulfilled from the date of opening of the letter of credit. The parties are obliged to reconcile quarterly settlements for obligations arising from this agreement. In the month following the reporting quarter, the Customer submits to the Contractor reconciliation statements of settlements (in the form of Appendix No. 9) in 2 copies drawn up on the last day of the month of the last quarter. The Contractor, within 5 working days from the date of receipt, signs a reconciliation certificate in the form provided by the Customer, and returns one copy to the Customer. If there are disagreements, the act shall be signed with the indication of disagreements.
