for LLC "TNR": Payment of the Contract price following the results of the implementation of the PIR Stage shall be made by the Customer on the basis of the Certificate of Acceptance of Works signed by the Parties, with a delay of not less than 60 (sixty) not more than 90 ( ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Acceptance of the performed works, provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- positive conclusion of the expert examination of industrial safety on the developed documentation;
- Project and Working Documentation agreed and approved by the parties;
- Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
- signed by the Parties of the Certificate on the cost of the work performed (form COP-3),
- original account;
- original invoice, $
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed.
- The Customer shall make the final payment on the results of the implementation of the Stage Purchase of MTP, MTP, NDP, upon achievement and delivery by the Contractor to the Customer of the Results of works with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following Documents:
- signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14)
- copies of the Acceptance Certificates for each of the Stages (in accordance with Annex 2) signed by the Parties;
- copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of the Executive/Technical/Initial Permission (including permission for commissioning of the Facility) /Operational Documentation signed by the Parties;
- signed by the Parties Certificate on the cost of the work performed (form COP-3)
- original account;
- original invoice, $
provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed.

Обоснование: На основании п. 5.5.12 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс» (Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур) признать несостоявшейся процедуру открытого запроса предложений №1403661/370/20 на право заключения договора на выполнение строительно-монтажных работ «Устройство системы дистанционного контроля параметров работы на базе базовых станций LORA WAN «под ключ» для нужд Филиала «Пермский» ПАО «Т Плюс», ООО «Пермская сетевая компания», ООО «ТНР», так как Организатору по окончании срока подачи заявок на участие в закупке подана только одна заявка от ООО «ТОЭС» (юридический и фактический адрес: 614990, Пермский край, г. Пермь, ул. Хлебозаводская, д. 22 Д).
