Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price shall be made by the Customer upon the completion of the Work Phase under the Contract, with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty not more than 60) calendar days from the date of signing the Act by the Parties Acceptance and acceptance of the performed Works (form KS-2), provided that the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
signed by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14) (used when handing over works under the Contract and transferring the Results of works under the Contract);
Certificate of the cost of the work done (form COP-3) signed by the Parties;
When completing the CS-3 form by the Contractor, the following fields are mandatory (in full accordance with the Summary Estimates): "Sequence number"; "Local estimate number"; "Name of the stage of work", the columns are arranged in ascending order.
Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of the Executive/Technical/Initial Permission (including the permission for commissioning of the Object — is used for the delivery of works on the last Stage of the Work on the Contract and transfer of the Results of works under the Contract) /Operational documentation (if applicable) signed by the Parties;
signed by the Parties of the act in the form of Bn-M-05 in accordance with paragraph 7.2. Contract (applicable when the Contractor performs dismantling works under the relevant Stage of Works);

provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed.
Payment of the Contract Price shall be made by the Customer by means of non-cash transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, or by other means provided by the Contract and/or the current legislation of the Russian Federation.$

Обоснование: На основании п. 5.5.12 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках ПАО «Т Плюс» (Инструкции по проведению закупочных процедур) признать несостоявшейся процедуру открытого запроса предложений №1404945/369/20 на право заключения договора на выполнение строительно-монтажных работ «Реконструкция т/с ГВС от ЦТП №42» для нужд ООО «ТНР», так как Организатору не поступило ни одного предложения, соответствующего условиям Закупочной документации.
