Payment of the Contract price shall be made by the Customer upon completion of all works under the Contract and delivery by the Contractor to the Customer of the Work Results, with a delay of not less than 30 (thirty) calendar days and not more than 60 (sixty) calendar days, (at the conclusion of a contract with small and medium-sized businesses, payment for the rendered Services is carried out by the Customer with a delay of not more than 15 (fifteen) workers days) from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of acceptance of the completed construction of the Object (form KS-14), provided the Contractor submits to the Customer a complete set of the following documents:
- signed by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the completed construction of the Facility (form KS-14);
- Certificate of acceptance of performed works signed by the Parties (form KS-2);
- Copies of the Acceptance Certificates of the complete set of the Executive Technical/Initial Permission (including the permission for commissioning of the Facility — used for the delivery of works under the Contract and transfer of the Results of works under the Contract) /Operational documentation signed by the Parties;
- Certificate of the cost of the work done (form COP-3) signed by the Parties;
When completing the CS-3 form by the Contractor, the following fields are mandatory (in full accordance with the Summary Estimates): "Sequential number"; "Number of the Local estimate calculation"; "Name of works", the columns are arranged in ascending order. - - signed by the Parties of the act in the form of Bn-M-05 in accordance with clause 7.2 of the Contract ( shall be applied when the Contractor performs dismantling works under the Contract);

- original invoice, $
- provided that there are no claims and requirements from the Customer on the quality and terms of the works performed.
