Обоснование: На основании пункта 1.4.11 Закупочной документации признать несостоявшимся открытый запрос предложений на право заключения договора на выполнение строительно-монтажных работ по созданию инженерно-технических средств охраны комплекса котельной ООО «Ресурс», поскольку подана только одна заявка на участие в закупке.Заключить договор с единственным участником закупки ООО «ЭТС СЕРВИС» на условиях, предусмотренных извещением о проведении закупки, и по цене, предложенной указанным участником закупки в заявке (п. 4.5.14 Приложения №2 к Положению о закупках товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ООО «Ресурс»).
