Все строительно-монтажные и пуско-наладочные работы будут выполнены в полном соответствии с техническим заданием ОАО «МРСК Юга» и проектом договора.
Условия расчетов за выполненные работы: в течение 60 дней после подписания Акта выполненных работ.
Срок завершения работ - не позднее 30.09.2010 г., при условии своевременной поставки оборудования Заказчиком.
Участник соответствует всем требованиям, предъявляемым к Участникам запроса предложений (п. 4.5.1.3).
