Если Участник является субъектом малого и среднего предпринимательства, то размер обеспечения составляет 2 % (Два процента) от начальной (максимальной) цены Договора, что составляет 390 000 (Триста девяносто тысяч) рублей 00 копеек.
Порядок и срок предоставления обеспечения Участником конкурса обязательств, связанных с подачей Конкурсной заявки, устанавливаются разделом 7 Конкурсной документации. |
