Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of the Contract price (completed Works) is made by the Customer quarterly in the following order:
Final settlement, with a delay of at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of completed works based on the results of each current quarter, for actually completed works, confirmed in accordance with the procedure approved in the Terms of Reference, subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices;
d) The Journal of works (Appendix No. 5).
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of an Agreement with the MSP, p.3.4. is stated in the following wording:
Payment of the Contract price (completed Works) is made by the Customer quarterly in the following order:
The final payment for the actually completed works, based on the results of each current quarter, is made within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer of the act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works signed and sent by the Contractor, the Work Log (Appendix No. 5), based on the invoice issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other agreed parties, do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
The invoice is issued by the Contractor on time and in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

2. The obligations of the Bidders of the request for proposals related to the submission of proposals are secured by a penalty in the amount of 2% of the initial (maximum) contract price (including taxes).
3. The organizer of the request for proposals has the right to conduct a price regulation procedure.
4. The winner of the request for proposals will be the Bidder who has proposed in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this Bid Notice.
5. The contract based on the results of the OPP is concluded no earlier than ten days and no later than twenty days from the date of posting in the EIS of the final protocol drawn up based on the results of the OPP.
6. If necessary, the Customer has the right to extend the deadline for accepting Offers set out in the Bid Notice on the request for proposals with the notification of all Bidders.
