Оплата поставок, работ (услуг): оплата за фактически выполненные объемы работ согласно графику выполнения работ в течение 50 рабочих дней после подписания Акта приемки выполненных работ и (или) форм КС-2 и КС-3 с удержанием 10% от каждого платежа до завершения всех работ. Выплата гарантийного удержания 10 %: 5% не позднее 50 рабочих дней после подписания формы № 34; 5% не позднее 5 рабочих дней с даты окончания гарантийного периода.
