Participant SN must make security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of lot (excluding VAT) as security applications for participation in the procurement procedure to the settlement account of the JSC "Tajmyrjenergo" before the end of the deadline for requisites, specified in annex 6 to the statement.
In case a participant admitted as tender winner procurement in accordance with clause 7.2.5 not introduced a security payment in cash in the amount of 5% of the value of the works referred to in the final offer (excluding VAT), at the expense of JSC "Tajmyrjenergo » on requisites, specified in annex 6 to the statement, within 10 days after receipt of notice of recognition of a participant SN Winner such participant recognizes evaded signing the contract.
