Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на выполнение строительно-монтажных работ по объекту: СМР Строительство 2КТПП 400/6/0,4-400 кВА, ВЛИ-0,4кВ и реконструкция ВЛ 6 кВ № 19 ПС Кунгур, ВЛИ-0,4 кВ № 2 от КТП № 1156 для электроснабжения 25-ти участков в с. Плеханово для производственного отделения: «Кунгурские электрические сети» филиала ОАО "МРСК Урала" - "Пермэнерго", на сумму 3 755 000,00 руб. без НДС (4 430 900,00 руб. с НДС), срок выполнения работ: начало выполнения работ – с момента заключения договора, предельный срок выполнения работ – 70 календарных дней с момента заключения договора и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
