Comments:
a member of the PO shall make a security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of the lot (excluding VAT) as collateral for the application for participation in the PO.
The participant, recognized by the winner of the PO, is obliged to make a security payment by cash in the amount of 5% of the cost of the works specified in the final commercial offer (excluding VAT) to the account of JSC "NTEC" on the requisites specified in annex № 7 to Instructions, within 10 days from the moment of receipt of notification on recognition of the participant by the winner of the PO before conclusion of the contract.
