Обоснование: В соответствии с вышеизложенным, и руководствуясь подпунктом п 3.1.1 Инструкции участникам и подпунктом 7.12.1 в) «Отборочную стадию рассмотрения заявок прошел только один Потенциальный участник» пункта 7.12 Положения «О порядке подготовки и проведения закупок товаров, работ и услуг в АО «НТЭК», утвержденным Решением №6 единственного акционера АО «НТЭК» - ПАО «ГМК «Норильский никель» от 31.01.2017 признать лот № 222/18 – несостоявшимся.
