Comments:
a member of the PO shall make a security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of the lot (excluding VAT) as collateral for the application for participation in the purchase procedure to the current account of "Norilsk Skenergo"-Branch of PJSC " MMC Norilsk Nickel before the end of the application deadline for the requisites specified in annex № 6 to this instruction.

The participant, recognized by the winner of the Po, is obliged to make a security payment by cash in the amount of 5% of the cost of works specified in the final commercial offer (excluding VAT), to the account of "Norilsk Skenergo"-Branch of PJSC "MMC" Norilsk Nickel " According to the requisites specified in Appendix № 6 to this instruction, within 10 days from the moment of receipt of notification on recognition of the participant by the winner of the PO before the conclusion of the contract. After the conclusion of the contract, in agreement with the customer, this security payment can be replaced by a bank guarantee, issued in accordance with clause 3.12 of the agreement. The possibility of replacement of the security payment before the conclusion of the contract with the bank guarantee can be considered by the customer under the terms of 3.11.5 of the agreement only after its conclusion.
