Requirements to the participants:
Участник должен быть пользователем, зарегистрированным в cистеме «Рынок продукции, услуг и технологий для электроэнергетики» «B2B-MOESK» на сайте http://www.b2b-moesk.ru/ в качестве юридического лица или предпринимателя без образования юридического лица в установленном порядке и обладающим правами Участника Системы.
Чтобы претендовать на победу в конкурсе и получить право заключить с Заказчиком Договор, Участник конкурса должен отвечать следующим требованиям:
обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения договора;
не являться неплатежеспособным, банкротом, не находиться в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
обладать необходимыми для выполнения договора профессиональными знаниями и опытом, управленческой компетентностью и репутацией, иметь ресурсные возможности (финансовые, материально-технические, трудовые);
не иметь отрицательного опыта по работе с ОАО «МОЭСК», а также с другими Заказчиками;
иным требованиям, установленным Конкурсной документацией.
