1. Подробное описание закупаемой продукции и условий договора, а также процедур запроса цен содержится в документации, которая будет предоставлена любому участнику в соответствии с Правилами и регламентами ЭТП «B2B-MRSK»;
2. В целях участия в запросе цен поставщик должен представить обеспечение предложения. Форма обеспечения – соглашение о неустойке. Иные формы обеспечения не рассматриваются;
3. Договор по результатам запроса цен между Заказчиком и Победителем запроса цен будет заключен в течение 20 (двадцати) дней в соответствии с протоколом о результатах запроса цен;
4. Настоящее уведомление не является извещением о проведении конкурса и не имеет соответствующих правовых последствий;
5. Подгрузка предложения участника обязательна;
6. Цены предложений участников принимаются к сравнению (учитываются при ранжировке) как цены без НДС, независимо от того, являются ли участники запроса цен плательщиками НДС или нет.
