Payment terms:- 30% авансовый платеж от общей суммы Договора выплачивается не позднее, чем через 15 (пятнадцать) банковских дней после заключения договора, на основании счета на предоплату, выставленного Поставщиком, и предоставления обеспечения исполнения обязательств в виде банковской гарантии на возврат аванса на всю сумму аванса.
- 70% от общей суммы Договора выплачивается в течение 10 (десяти) банковских дней после поставки товара всего объема грузополучателю и предоставления Покупателю товарной накладной, на основании счет-фактуры и предоставления акта формы ТОРГ-1.
