Участником конкурса может быть любой поставщик. Претендовать на победу в данном конкурсе может Участник, отвечающий следующим требованиям:
• обладать гражданской правоспособностью в полном объеме для заключения и исполнения договора;
• не являться неплатежеспособным, банкротом, не находиться в процессе ликвидации, на имущество Участника конкурса в части, существенной для исполнения договора, не должен быть наложен арест, его экономическая деятельность не должна быть приостановлена;
• не иметь отрицательного опыта по работе с ПАО «Россети» и ДЗО ПАО «Россети», а также с другими Заказчиками;
• иным требованиям, установленным Конкурсной документацией.
