Обоснование: 4.2. Признать Победителем закупки ЗАО "Полимер-Аппарат" (190068, г.Санкт-Петербург, ул.Б. Подьяческая, 1/3 литерА,), ИНН 7838002312, КПП 783801001 (является субъектом МСП, малое предприятие).
Заказчику заключить договоры с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку ОПН для обеспечения производственной программы, выполнения работ по технологическому присоединению и пополнению аварийного резерва филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Свердловэнерго» в 1 полугодии 2018 года, на сумму 2 050 130,00 руб. без НДС (2 419 153,40 руб. с НДС), со сроком поставки в течение 30 календарных дней с момента заключения договора и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
