Октябрьский д. 56), ИНН 6025035648, КПП 602501001 (является субъектом МСП, микропредприятие) на поставку предохранителей и патронов к ним для обеспечения ремонтной программы и для выполнения работ по технологическому присоединению филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Пермэнерго» в 4 квартале 2018 года и в 2019 году, на сумму 2 575 772,41 руб. без НДС (3 039 411,44 руб. с НДС), срок поставки: в течение 30 календарных дней с момента заключения договора в объеме 4 квартала 2018 года; - в период с 03.12.2018 года по 20.12.2018 года в объеме 1-го квартала 2019 года; - в период с 01.03.2019 года по 15.03.2019 года в объеме 2-го квартала 2019 года; - в период с 03.06.2019 года по 14.06.2019 года в объеме 3-го квартала 2019 года; - в период с 03.06.2019 года по 14.06.2019 года в объеме 4-го квартала 2019 года и иными существенными условиями согласно Документации и заявке Участника.
