Обоснование: 4.2. Признать Победителем закупки ЗАО "Кромэкс Плюс" (197183, г. Санкт-Петербург, ул. Сабировская, 37), ИНН 7802109735, КПП 781401001 (является субъектом МСП, микропредприятие).
Заказчику заключить договоры с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку рубильников для обеспечения ремонтной программы и для выполнения работ по технологическому присоединению филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Пермэнерго» в 4 квартале 2018 года и в 2019 году, на сумму 957 820,00 руб. без НДС (1 130 227,60 руб. с НДС) со сроком поставки: в течение 30 календарных дней с момента заключения договора в объеме 4-го квартала 2018 года и 1-го квартала 2019 года; в период с 01.03.2019 года по 15.03.2019 года в объеме 2, 3, 4 кварталов 2019 года, и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
