Contract award criteria and Contract execution term:Критерии оценки:
стоимость и структура стоимости выполнения работ, условия и график выполнения работ и их оплаты;
технологические и организационно-технические предложения по выполнению работ;
надежность участника (опыт, ресурсные возможности, деловая репутация и т.д.).
Договор по результатам конкурса между Заказчиком и Победителем будет заключен в течение 30 дней на основании протокола о результатах конкурса, подписанного Победителем и Заказчиком.
Starting purchase price:Начальная (предельная) цена составляет:
Лот 1: 11 815 000 (Одиннадцать миллионов восемьсот пятнадцать тысяч) руб. с НДС;
Лот 2: 6 068 000 (Шесть миллионов шестьдесят восемь тысяч) руб. с НДС;
Лот 3: 10 345 000 (Десять миллионов триста сорок пять тысяч) руб. с НДС;
Лот 4: 6 482 000 (Шесть миллионов четыреста восемьдесят две тысячи) руб. с НДС;
Лот 5: 6 993 000 (Шесть миллионов девятьсот девяносто три тысячи) руб. с НДС;
Лот 6: 12 682 000 (Двенадцать миллионов шестьсот восемьдесят две тысячи) руб. с НДС;
Лот 7: 7 788 000 (Семь миллионов семьсот восемьдесят восемь тысяч) руб. с НДС;
Лот 8: 10 823 000 (Десять миллионов восемьсот двадцать три тысячи) руб. с НДС.
Additional information:Организатор конкурса вправе отказаться от его проведения не позднее чем за 10 дней до окончания срока подачи заявок без каких-либо для себя последствий.

Decision of the competitive commission:

  1. For Lot No. 1 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "АГРОСТРОЙТЕХ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 9 744 740,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 8 258 254,24 RUB).
  2. For Lot No. 2 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "АГРОСТРОЙТЕХ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 5 267 090,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 4 463 635,59 RUB).
  3. For Lot No. 3 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "АГРОСТРОЙТЕХ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 8 955 300,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 7 589 237,29 RUB).
  4. For Lot No. 4 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "АГРОСТРОЙТЕХ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 5 637 150,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 4 777 245,76 RUB).
  5. For Lot No. 5 the Customer shall accept the proposal from the Supplier ООО "АГРОСТРОЙТЕХ" and enter into an Agreement for the final price 6 081 220,00 RUB (price excl. of VAT: 5 153 576,27 RUB).
