Participant SN must make security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of lot (excluding VAT) as security applications for participation in the procurement procedure to the settlement account of the JSC "NTJeK" until the expiry of the filing applications to the requisites specified in annex 4 of the present instruction.
Document confirming depositing funds as a security payment is a payment order or a copy certified by an appropriately. In the field "payment details" in the payment order, except for the purpose of payment "Security payment" shall be a reference to:
- the name of the buyer;
- the lot number;
- the subject procurement.
The payment order, confirming the depositing of funds should be provided to the customer together with the application for participation in the procurement procedure.
