Participant SN must make security payment in cash in the amount of 1% of the initial (maximum) value of lot (excluding VAT) as security applications for participation in the procurement procedure to the settlement account of the JSC "NTJeK" until the end of the term filing of requisites, specified in annex 4 of the present instruction.
The participant admitted as tender winner RFP, must make security payment in cash in the amount of 5% of the value of the works referred to in the final offer (excluding VAT), at the expense of JSC «NTJeK», within 10 days after receipt of notice of recognition of a participant SN Winner prior to the conclusion of the contract.
