Payment terms:
Extension of term of payment - 60 days after delivery of the products to the Cargo Receiver's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Terms of delivery of the complete range of the required goods and materials for the needs of the branches of AO Cordiant in Yaroslavl and Omsk, quarterly, over the period: January 1, 2016 - January 1, 2017, shall be determined when signing the specifications for the supply. The Supplier shall bear the transportation expenses for delivery of the goods to the Cargo Receiver's warehouse or to the transportation company's warehouse in Omsk.
Comments: 1. The participant shall be a user registered in B2B-Cordiant Trading and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure possessing the rights of the System Member. 2. All prices in a bid shall include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as the discounts offered by the supplier. 3. This procedure is not a tender or a public offer, it is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer may refuse to hold the purchase procedure in any time after the announcement, as well as after expiration of the bid submission deadline, without bearing responsibilities. 4. If the supplier participates in the bidding it means that, in case he is declared a winner, he agrees to enter into a supply agreement in accordance with OAO Cordiant’s standard form without statement of disagreements and to carry out the supply on conditions specified in announcement of the purchase. 5. It’s required to attach a commercial offer with specification of terms of supply of the minimum batch for each item after signing of the specifications under the agreement. The minimum batches are specified in Festo B2B list. 6. The products shall be supplied strictly on accordance with the Customer’s request. Please, do not offer the equivalent products, if the supplier offers the equivalent products, then it must be specified in the commercial offer – “the equivalent products.” 7. Selection of winner for each item will be made separately (per-item purchase) on the basis of the minimum prices for the items and the winner’s determination to fix the prices over the period: January 1, 2016 – January 1, 2017. 8. The pricing agreement shall be concluded with the winner and the price list for the items for which the lowest prices were offered shall be signed under conditions specified in this request for proposals. 9. If, for any reason, the winner refuses to supply a certain item at the price defined for the tender, the buyer has the right to order this item from the supplier who has made a second-best proposal (the second lowest price) for this item. 10. To determine the price the following values were approximately estimated: annual supply volume and minimum supply batch in accordance with one application. 11. If the supplier agrees to sign the contract of safe custody in the standard form, the supply batch may be increased up to the annual supply volume subject to the buyer’s approval. 12.
