Обоснование: 4.2. Признать Победителем закупки ООО "ЛЭП металлоконструкции" (623700, Свердловская обл, Березовский г, Ленинский п, дом № 26, помещение 1), ИНН 6673202749, КПП 667801001 (является субъектом МСП, малое предприятие).
Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку металлоконструкций (единичные расценки) для обеспечения производственных программ филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Свердловэнерго» в 2019 году, на сумму 5 500 000,00 руб. без НДС  (6 600 000,00 руб. с НДС), со стоимостью суммы единичных расценок согласно приложению №1 333 523,67 руб. без НДС, сроком поставки по 31.12.2019г. в соответствии с объемами, указанными в ежеквартальной Заявке Заказчика в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания Заявки, и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
