Обоснование: 4.2. Признать Победителем закупки ООО "Корунд Вест" (614000, г. Пермь, ул. Пермская, 72, офис 301), ИНН 5902704910, КПП 590201001 (является субъектом МСП, малое предприятие).
Заказчику заключить договор с Победителем, в течение 20 рабочих дней, но не ранее 10 календарных дней с даты размещения на официальном сайте данного протокола, на поставку ЖБИ (единичные расценки) ПЭ для обеспечения производственных программ филиала ОАО «МРСК Урала» - «Пермэнерго» в 2019 году, на сумму 3 700 000,00 руб. без НДС (4 440 000,00 руб. с НДС) со сроком, со стоимостью суммы единичных расценок согласно приложению №1 116 414,00 руб. без НДС, сроком поставки: с момента заключения договора по 31.12.2019г. в соответствии с объемами, указанными в ежеквартальной Заявке Заказчика в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания Заявки и иными существенными условиями согласно документации о закупке и заявке Победителя.
