Delivery terms:Покупатель в случае признания Поставщика победителем по итогам проведенного закрытого запроса цен, направляет Поставщику заявку с указанием количества, цены, условий отгрузки, сроков поставки. На основании заявки Покупателя сторонами согласовываются дополнительные соглашения, являющиеся неотъемлемой частью рамочного договора, заключенного с участниками, прошедшими предварительный отбор.
