Contract award criteria:
a) correctness of registration and composition of applications, availability of all documents and information required for submission, absence/presence of violations of the procedure of submission of applications established in this documentation;
b) The presence/absence in the application of financial collateral obligations of the member in accordance with clause 3.4.8;
c) Compliance of the Contest participant with all qualifying criteria established in the present tender documentation, including taking into account the established permissible deviations from the numerical values of the criteria (if any);
D) Compliance of the participant's application with the requirements of this documentation, including the absence of the participant in the registers of unscrupulous suppliers, which are conducted in accordance with the provisions of the federal law of 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ "On the contract system in Procurement of goods, works, services for provision of state and municipal needs ", federal law of 18.07.2011 № 223-FZ" on procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities "; No negative feedback on the participant's work;

Additional information about the tender:
• Выполнение работ Участником будет осуществляться на объектах Заказчика;
• Сроки действия рамочных соглашений: с момента заключения рамочного соглашения до 31.12.2021 года. Сроки выполнения по каждому отдельному объекту будут определены при проведении запросов цен, к участию в которых будут приглашаться участники, подписавшие по результатам настоящего Конкурса рамочные соглашения;
• Форма и порядок оплаты: безналичный расчет, в течение 30 (тридцати) рабочих дней с момента подписания сторонами Акта приемки выполненных работ и предоставления счета-фактуры. В случае, если договор заключается с субъектом малого и среднего предпринимательства, срок оплаты не может превышать 30 календарных дней с момента подписания вышеуказанных документов (в соответствии с Постановлением Правительства от 11.12.2014 №1352-ПП "Об особенностях участия субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства в закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц").
