Все документы, входящие в Заявку, должны быть подготовлены на русском языке. Все формы, указанные в разделе 4 Конкурсной документации, подаваемые Участником в составе своей Заявки, должны быть подготовлены по форме и в соответствии с инструкциями, приведенными в Конкурсной документации. Каждый документ, входящий в Заявку, должен быть подписан лицом, имеющим право в соответствии с законодательством Российской Федерации действовать от лица Участника без доверенности, или надлежащим образом уполномоченным им лицом на основании доверенности. В последнем случае копия доверенности прикладывается к Заявке.
Каждый документ, входящий в Заявку, должен быть скреплен печатью Участника.
