PJSC VimpelCom invites your company to take part in the Pre-qualification for the selection of participants for organizing and holding BTL events and mass events (promotions) in the Central Region (Volga + Ural) of PJSC VimpelCom for a period of 3 years. For the following Lots:
Lot 1. BTL-events Development and implementation of the concept of holding events:
ü large city events, reaching over 1000 people
ü events covered in the focus media.
Lot 1 in 2 steps:
1) verification and compliance with qualification requirements
2) assessment of the concept by the brief (will be sent only to the Participants who have passed the Qualification Requirements)
Lot 2. Promotions Activities to promote the company's services with the help of promotional personnel at events and outside of them in the territory indicated by the customer in the terms of reference. The promotion covers an audience from 1 to 500 people, depending on the volume required by the customer.
Lot 2 in 1 stage:
1) verification and compliance with qualification requirements

The first stage of the Purchase will be the Prequalification stage.
To apply for participation in the procurement event and the Prequalification stage, you must:
1. Read and fill in the "Documents for participation" file (including the Participant's Questionnaire, Participant's compliance with the requirements of the procurement event), providing them in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and WORD.
2. Provide a scanned copy of the balance sheet for the last 2 reporting periods (2 years), certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority.
3. Provide a scanned copy of the profit and loss statement for the last 2 reporting periods (2 years), certified by the seal of the company and the tax authority.
4. Provide the completed in accordance with the attached reporting "Template for financial audit" in the format.
5. Submit the completed and signed Qualification Questionnaire in PDF format (scanned with signature and seal) and EXCEL. The questionnaire must be filled out, indicating the answer opposite each criterion, if there are comments on the criterion, reflect it in the "Comment" field. Please note that the "Block Factor" criterion is a mandatory eligibility criterion.
6. Submit supporting documents in accordance with the points of the Qualification Questionnaire.
Completed and signed documents in the appropriate formats (PDF, EXCEL and WORD) must be submitted no later than 15.04.2021. 18:00 (Moscow time), at the B2B-Center site in ad no.
Based on the results of the check for the presence (absence) of interaction risks and consideration of the submitted documents of the Qualification stage, VimpelCom forms a list of Participants who meet the mandatory technical and commercial requirements. Such Participants will be able to continue participating in the Procurement, receive clarifying inquiries and / or additional requirements. Each Participant will be notified in writing of the result of the Qualification.
For Lot 1 "BTL-events" the 2nd stage of Prequalification will be carried out - evaluation of the concept of holding the event according to the provided brief (test task).
