PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the pre-qualification of contractors to participate in the procurement event for the selection of contractors for the provision of services for the construction of INDOOR base stations on objects of the State Unitary Enterprise "St. Petersburg Metro" in 2019-2020.
The subject of pre-qualification is the implementation of a full range of works and services for the construction of INDOOR base stations at 7 metro stations in the city. St. Petersburg.
An obligatory requirement for the participants is to have experience in the construction of INDOOR base stations at the facilities of SUE "Petersburg Metro", as well as the availability of valid permits to perform data works on the territory of the State Unitary Enterprise "St. Petersburg Metro".Collapse

PJSC "VimpelCom" invites you to participate in the pre-qualification of contractors to participate in the procurement event for the selection of contractors for the provision of services for the construction of INDOOR base stations on objects of the State Unitary Enterprise "St. Petersburg Metro" in 2019-2020.
The subject of pre-qualification is the implementation of a full range of works and services for the construction of INDOOR base stations at 7 metro stations in the city. St. Petersburg.
An obligatory requirement for the participants is to have experience in the construction of INDOOR base stations at the facilities of SUE "Petersburg Metro", as well as the availability of valid permits to perform data works on the territory of the State Unitary Enterprise "St. Petersburg Metro".
Planned procurement stages:
Phase 1. Creating a list of stakeholders.
Phase 2. Collection of documents for Qualification. Approval of the list of qualified participants.
Step 3. Commercial stage among qualified participants.
Step 4. Selection of winners.
Phase 5. Conclusion of contracts.
In order to complete Phase 1, the following documents must be sent to tenders_sruzina@beeline.ru by August 28, 2019 (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the participant/ Prequalification of the metro St. Petersburg for 2019") (link to the package of documentation here):
1. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature);
2. Fill in Annex 1 details of the participant, submitting in Excel format;
3. Fill in Annex 2. Financial analysis, presented in Excel and PDF format (scanned with signature);
4. Fill in the Negotiation Agreement by submitting in PDF format (scanned with signature);
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive). The name of each file must indicate its contents.
It is also necessary to provide the following documents:
- Excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities dated 2019. ; $
- The current version of the charter with current changes;
- Power of attorney or other document authorizing a person to sign documents on behalf of the organization;
- Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
- Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Balance sheet (for 2017 and 2018, not less than 2 quarters) or other documents characterizing the financial and economic activity of the organization please provide for closed periods of the current year , as well as the report for the end of previous periods (maximum for 3 years);
- Profit and loss statement for the last two reporting years.
Electronic copies of documents shall meet the following conditions:
- the participant should ensure that every scanned document is easily readable; $
- each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, a single page document being saved in a separate file and a document containing multiple pages and annexes, $ should also be grouped into a single file, for example: Charter should be scanned not by separate pages, but into one file (PDF file in black and white format);
- each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.$
