To participate in prequalification, a supplier must:
1. Get acquainted with the information on the procurement process of PJSC VimpelCom (the "Procurement Process" file).
2. Fill out the PROCUREMENT EVENT PARTICIPANT QUESTIONNAIRE by submitting in PDF format (a scan signed by an authorized person).
3. Fill out the "Potential Supplier Questionnaire" with contact information about the organization and indicating the areas of presence.
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant should make sure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document should be saved as a separate file, saving a single page document to a separate file, and a document containing multiple pages and attachments, must also be grouped into a single file
3. Each document must have a name (abbreviated) that corresponds to its content.
