Prequalification for the selection of suppliers of maintenance of water purification devices (purifiers) in the offices of PJSC VimpelCom in the Western region with a contract for 3 (three) years

Comments: To participate in prequalification, a participant must:
1. To get acquainted with the information on the procurement process of PJSC "VimpelCom" (files "Procurement process", "TK coolers");
2. The participant must meet the requirements and provide the necessary documents listed in the file "Qualification requirements"
3. Fill out the PROCUREMENT PARTICIPANT APPLICATION, providing a scan signed by an authorized person (in PDF format);
4. Fill in the "Potential Supplier Questionnaire" with contact information about the organization and indication of the areas of presence, providing a scan with the signature of an authorized person (in PDF format).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must be grouped into one separate file;
3. Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.

The package of documents must be attached when responding to this prequalification no later than 16-00 (Moscow time) on January 14, 2022 or sent to the email address of the procurement department of the Western region of VimpelCom PJSC: Tender_NWR@spb.beeline.ru.
