Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites organizations to participate in the prequalification of suppliers of products for tea tables (coffee, tea, milk powder, sugar) on the territory of the Southern region of PJSC VimpelCom for a period of 2 years.
To apply for participation, you must provide the following completed documents:
1. Documents for participation (Completed template in word and pdf formats signed).
2. Auction card (Completed file in Excel format).
3. Confirmation of compliance with tax discipline (Certificate from the tax inspectorate on the absence of arrears in tax reporting and payment of taxes).
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
the participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
each scanned document should be saved to a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved to a separate file, and a document containing several pages and appendices should also be grouped into one file.;
each document must have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
The package of documents must be sent to the email address ZM4@rnd.beeline.ru (the subject of the letter should indicate "Name of the participant / Qualification of tea tables").
The total size of the letter should not exceed 10 MB (if necessary, you can send several letters or several volumes of the same archive).
