Comments: To participate in the pre-qualification, the supplier must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement;
2. Fill in the Participant Questionnaire signed by the authorized person (pdf and word format);
3. Provide financial statements (scan copies), as well as the completed file "Fin. reporting" (excel).
- If the last available report is annual, then the last 2 years must be reported, and the last column is not filled in in the balance model and P&L.
- If the last available report for the quarter/half-year/9 months, it is necessary to submit reports for 3 periods: for the quarter/half-year/9 months of the last year+for the previous two years, respectively. The reporting period of the previous two years is the year, $
4. Fill in the form of a potential supplier to be entered into the supplier database for the purpose of inviting to participate in other procurement activities.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of holding an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail for PJSC "VimpelCom" the obligations provided for by these articles.
