The preliminary Terms of Reference (Appendix 1 to the Notice) are offered to the PQS participants for review.

Participants of the PKO, claiming participation in the Lot for the supply of the Fire extinguishing system complex, are invited to submit Technical and Commercial Proposals for Analogous Systems to the system specified in the Design Documentation ("Admiral-7784 (2) -2P-PN"), corresponding to the technical and operational characteristics.

It is possible to correct the Terms of Reference when opening the procedure.

Local estimate calculations will be provided by the Customer when opening the procurement procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
